I don't think he's 5th richest man. There are richer young people, I'm sure + he belongs to a group, he's not on his own. It shortens his income. He must pay a great deal of income tax too. In France, for instance, renowned singers are compelled to live in Switzerland or in Monaco to pay much less income tax.

So Team Coldplay is in Sicily especially for Guy's birthday, or they were going to be away anyway? Either way, not a bad place to be celebrating your birthday.

I have always wondered how rich are coldplay.

That interview is from 2005, now, their fortunes could be 15 millions each with X & Y and twisted logic tour
