Featured Replies

haha i JUSTTT got the email from amazon saying that its available for pre-order. i don't plan on it because i'd rather just go buy it at the store when it comes out.

Playing the "wait to see which supermarket is offering the best deal" game?

  • 2 weeks later...

The post round our way has been silly lately - things getting delivered to wrong houses, things not getting delivered at all. I'm thinking of actually going into a shop very, very, very early and paying for it in person, then running home with a spring in my step just like Charlie Bucket did when he found the last Golden Ticket.

not yet. i'll call a record store in the next week or so

ordered mine on amazon for 16 USD with 2 day shipping

I was really thinking of pre-ordering it, but the delivery to Brazil is a bit expensive, the delivery takes up to 3 weeks (lower price) and the Real (brazilian currency) is almost the third part of an Euro's value.

So, I prefer to wait... :)

I'm going to keep tradition alive. I bought the first three albums at Best Buy, so I'll do the same with Viva La Vida.

I pre-ordered it from play.com

Where it might not be the cheapest, it has the best track-record in my books in delivering the goods close to the release date.

I predorder it, find it will be the cheapest through Amazon!

It might be cheapest through amazon in the uk, but if you include postage it's not that cheap.

With postage it will be 12.97 for me. Cheaper than Wal-mart in the States.

i hope you would never consider buying it from walmart anyway!!!! i refuse to ever by anything from that awful company.

but ON TOPIC... i don't think im going to pre-order it. it will be exciting goinh to the record store and buying it... plus i need to know i will definately have it ON the day it comes out!

No record stores around here :(

The closest thing is the supermarkets, which brings me onto the supermarket price war

I have... because it said i could win tickets for that free London concert.

I think Play.com is the cheapest and CD-WOW, play has it for £8.95 including deliverey and stuff!

The problem with CD-Wow is that it might be copy protected

www.bol.com

I found it kinda strange, cause there aren't even more details on coldplay.com.

But we'll see...

Preordered on iTunes. Got Viva la Vida (the song) already. It's probably my favorite of the ones we've heard so far.

I've pre-ordered it because I am on holiday when it comes out, so by time I come home it should be at home waiting!!!!! I carn't tell you how excited I will be to come home after my holiday, probably for the first time in my life!!!
