This year was hard compared to last year, I mean there are so many Coldplay things I'd love to get! :lol:

My dad was on Facebook some mins ago -he's quite clumsy with social networks and related stuff. but he has it- and at some moment he asked me:

 

"Did you send me some Coldplay Christmas wishes? :surprised:"

Me: "No! What are you talking about?! :inquisitive:"

Dad: "What's this then? :thinking:"

 

I checked out the screen and I noticed that today's Coldplay drawing had actually appeared on his Facebook home... And not because I had liked the picture or I had commented it or shared it, it was just there as if he'd suddenly become a fan and liked the page.

So I checked out Coldplay's page too and... Yes, he'd liked it.

 

Me: "Dad, you did like the page?! :shocked2:"

Dad: "Sure! :D *gave me a kiss, feeling proud of what he'd done, and probably thinking of making me happy/proud* I do enjoy some of their songs! :awesome: Not really all of them, but..."

Me: *feeling kinda shocked/surprised for the news, and embarrassed for his virtual awkwardness* ":stunned: :facepalm: Well then, of course you see that! Anything they write, you'll see it on your page!"

Dad: "Oh! :surprised:"

 

 

 

So... In the end, he went to the Heineken Jammin' Festival with me, and he actually like quite a bunch of their songs, especially those from Viva and the most famous ones from the previous albums... I'm not sure yet about what he likes of MX, also because he doesn't know the songs very well (he's got a copy of Viva in his car :D Guess who put it there? :awesome:)... But I'll make him watch Live 2012 with me, and then I'll know :nod:

 

But he still suprised me, because he's never showed such a huge interest for them, maybe he just gives for granted that I'll make him listen to their music every now and then :lol: And then, he mostly likes (old) Italian music, so... Yeah, he did suprise me a lot :nod:

 

When you're scrolling through Facebook and have to stop because you see a picture of the Live 2012 DVD taken by a "friend" that you don't know very well. Apparently she got that as a Christmas gift...and now that you know she likes Coldplay, you Feel like you have to become friends with her, because she likes Coldplay. :surprised:

When you are helping one of your best friends in her shop for the Christmas eve and suddenly the radio broadcasts Christmas Lights and you both smile to the other because you know also the other likes it :D
