Now Tracie, the ancient Incas used to do a dance on the potatoes first before cooking, to soften them up & get the alkaloids out.. (a pre-soak). Maybe that's all you need to do to your neighbors, prior to boiling them?? (they taste better with the skins on, and a little butter and chives on top..):P Oh, and don't forget, the best is to boil them in a big kettle over a wood fire..:laugh3:

Hi! I used to frequent the pringles thread. I still hear Semy's song in my head each and every time I reach for a tube. And I get a mental image of Chelsea's stash under her bed.
