Cameras weren't allowed DURING the concert so unfortunately we'll have to wait for the video on TV, though I can show you the pics I took of the empty venue with my phone but it's not that fascinating :D

 

Btw in order to made us more excited before the show the guy told us ''enjoy cause we just learnt it would be the only concert in France'', we all yelled it was false.

Oh I remember few other things : Chris said that his fav artist was George Bush, a shitty guy in politic but who made great songs in the 80's. He also answered the first question that he couldn't get a thing of french...

Anyway lots and lots of things have been said and I won't be able to remember everything. It's better to remember the performance; though 6 songs being short I kept very good memories of that unusual TV experience :)

Yeah sure she was! She couldn't translate the word ''mood'' in French (that's not the hardest thing to do), and Chris told her something like ''our album may be our best one but if it was a Beatles album it would be the worst'' (that wasn't the exact sentence but the main idea) and she translated with a ''that's their best album for now but could become the worst of their albums in the future, we never know...''

Chris2, thank you so much for the nice report of the private concert you went to. I regret i haven't been invited even though i had registered for it on W9. You were very lucky. We, guys, only have to wait up to 9th of Sept to eventually see them (for me it will be the first time !).:kiss: I won't miss to record this short concert when it comes on TV. Actually, I can only record public channels such as TF1, A2 and others but i can't record TNT channels. I could record them with an external hardrive but i couldn't watch the DVD on Internet, only on television. I didn't know that DVDs you watch on your computer are different than DVDs you watch on your record player. A clerk told me that. As a result, i had to buy other DVDs in order to be able to record series on television and to watch them on it. A few months ago i bought DVDs at the computer store and they didn't match with the record player. I couldn't understand the reason why. Now, i know it. They're just different.:confused: I'll have a look how to manage.

that was you who yelled Merci Coldplay? i was on the other side of the stage and i could not touch them :P as you did lol. my girlfriend jumped over the people to reach chris but he was too far.

For me it was the first time to see them live and it was amazing. i regret not taking my camera with me( i was a good guy and respected the rules :p) to take some pictures, as i saw others doing it. The only thing that surprised me was that none of the persons that were close to me could sing the new songs 42, lovers in japan, VLV VH.

 

It was really nice when they came on the stage, we were so tired because of the applauses that we had to make but when we saw them after 1 hour staing straight was very relaxing.

Chris voice was great for me, he even siad that: Im gonna be fucking briliant tonight, referring to his voice.

 

That was an amazing show even for me and my sweetie.

Pallavi, i wasn't invited. I've registered though. They draw lots and only 30 people or so had the chance to attend that mini-concert. It was only a stroke of luck to get 2 tickets. Apparently, no cameras were allowed but some took them nevertheless.

Yeah that was me and 2 others girls who I didn't even know but we quickly understood each other hehe

I probably yelled lots of other things too though I wasn't the only one trying this when there was less noise in the venue, but I must admit our ''Merci Coldplay'' was successful :D

Oh so maybe you're one of the person my friend and I talked to while waiting to enter the venue? Though I think this wasn't their first concert, nevermind...

I'm surprised to learn some people were filming. My friend had his camera into his pocket but we felt like we didn't have choice but respect the rules, pity.

On the left of the stage I can't really tell but around me it was true craziness, mainly cause of me and the girl next to me, so we were definitely singing the lyrics, but it seemed to me that lots of people didn't know ANY lyrics, not even Clocks ones, maybe Fix You ones but I'm not even sure!!!

It seemed to me that the only song that made people react A LOT was VLV.

 

Thank for reminding me of that sentence, I'm trying to remember every single thing they said but it's like impossible ;)

As you have written it, the answer to the ghost question was nice, he said sometimes i see sometimes i dont see ghosts, and he said yerterday i thought i had seen a ghost but it came out to be a pale face.

Absolutely, actually I didn't feel like I had truly seen Coldplay cause... it was so magical.

 

When VH started a spray of spit arrived on the first rows and I was like ''wake up, that's really Coldplay in front of you''.

And when he went down stage and sang just in front of us, beating the floor with his feet, it was so unreal. I almost felt like sharing a private moment with the band...

I think I didn't really realised everything yesterday but today I just can't stop thinking about it, and Lovers in Japan is stuck in my head, I think I'll always keep one of those fluorescent butterflies in my wallet now ahah

 

Ok I swear I'll stop speaking about it again and again :D

The waiting also gave more emotions when they walked down the staires of the stage.

Just a word to tell you that I've spent my morning trying to record on W9 any program to test and it works out good. As a result, I could record the program "private concert in Paris with Coldplay" next week and I could put it on here for the Coldplayers in order for them to watch it too. :)

by the way, dont expect too much from this.. they shortened the show and you can barely hear the guys during the interview as they added a stupid French translator over them talking..

LP is currently trying to upload it but she's meeting problems, though Cédric has already uploaded few videos !
