I've been feeling very, very down all day... and now I'm nearly in tears. I feel like screaming my head off, kicking someone or something...

 

And the worst bit is that I don't even know why! :? I'm so pissed off. Anyone has any tips or ideas how to cheer myself up? I've been listening to Coldplay & Stereophonics but even THAT wasn't much of a help :cry:

Take heart. We all feel like that sometimes. Stay with it, don't fight it, it's there for a reason. Soon you will feel better, maybe when you wake up tomorrow it wil all feel different. I promise you will soon feel ok and that you are going through this as some sort of transition. It is for a purpose. Promise :)

D'oh! O sweedy! If Coldplay or Stereophonics arent helping u then u must b really down...y dont u take a look in the Chris Martin Forum and look at his embarrasing pictures? That will certainly help u form puddles in ya shoes or look at the Coldplay captions thread-this will make youre shoes overflow! :lol:

 

Take a nice warm bath or splash ya face wiv cold water! That will freshen u up.

You could watch Jackass or Dirty Sanchez or watch the GPASUYF video and have a giggle at the guys' little diagonal jig! :lol:
