You're right. I'm looking at the Best Buy page, and for the LA show it says the pre-sale is June 5th through the 6th, and the code is "coming soon".

I went ahead and signed up for the reward program/ after not being able to get a presale code either. Got the plastic member card in the mail yesterday, dunno if it`ll make me eligible for any more presales??? If it does, I would loan it out/ I never shop there anyway:P

For those who have been able to get codes, do you know when the codes started to become available for a certain tour date in relation to when the actual presale began? As in, did it only allow people to get codes after the presale start time, or was it a day before etc? Thanks a bunch

Thanks for letting us know! I just got a pre-sale code for LA, but the terms state that it can be used to get tickets for a different date..so I'll use it to either get tix for the san jose or oakland show.

I looked at TicketNova here - still searching around but seem to going fast. Last time I went to their concert my sister in law got them - so I might see where she got hers!

Best Buy presale question

 

I have a presale code from the Phoenix show that I didn't use and was now hoping to use for one of the No. Cal shows...it says you could use a code if the show you were trying for was sold out but didn't mention if you could use it for another show in general.

 

Does anyone know if I'll be able to use it? Of course calling Best Buy is a huge waste of time and of little help.

I may be wrong on this, but the code I used was specifically for one show.

Here's from the reward zone website, hence my confusion:

 

This Code can be used to try to purchase a maximum of two tickets for the concert date that you specify. If tickets are not available for the date you specified, you may use your Code to try for tickets for another date.

 

 

I'm hoping that the fact that I didn't even attempt at Phoenix tickets won't mess up my opportunity to use the code.

Hi, Name's Dave, I'm a newb here, but big fan.

Question, I also signed up too late, so I was not able to get the code.

I was lucky enough however to know someone that had been signed up prior to May 1. They got the code & gave it to me. Since I've never done this before, do you guys know if I'll be able to use that code at TicketMaster tomorrow, even though I didnt actually get it myself? I figure, that all they would need are the numbers, & no other verification as to where ya got it.

As long as you check it's a legit site first, you should have no problems.

I was thinking of buying the tickets online, but I've read that the websites usually are too busy, so it's hard to get tickets.

Should I go to a music store where tickets are sold instead?

my dad just bought them on el corte inglés, on the mall/store, he doesn't think that buying them online are that sure... plus many sites offering them, which one is more trusthy? :thinking:
