Who feels weird bringing your girlfriends around your parents?

Featured Replies

I never bring my girlfriends around my parents. Embarresing and my dad doesnt trust me.

You should befriend the creepiest, most tattoo'd, pierced, oddball chick you can find, and bring her to your parents saying she's your new girlfriend - and have your friends film their reaction in secret.

After that, introduce your real gf and they'll be thrilled she wasn't like the last one.

Make sure she's black, Muslim and gay as well. Also tell them you're really a woman, and that you're "in transition". And a lesbian. And that she wrote a book called "Kamasutra for the UNDEAD, Revisited".

...

I don't feel weird introducing my gf to my grandad (my guardian) because he's so cool with things like that.

but I have yet to meet my gf's mum and I've been with her 2 months today actually. I just feel weird doing that.

Make sure she is topless, so your dad will say nothing the whole time she is there.

Let here cook and clean the toilet and kitchen so your mom is happy too!:laugh3:

Sorry I don't have a gf :( so can't say something serious.. :D

My dad just talks em to death trying to sound "hip" and my mother just endlessly offers her coffee, tea, sweets, magazines....Jesus!! My little sister would eye her suspiciously for a few minutes before dragging her (and thus, me) up to her room to try out make-up and nail varnish. I usually end up as the model and covered in various kinds of shit girls call "expensive make-up". Oh happy days...

@ stephenbass - topless? Really? That'd just be disturbing. (Shivers VIOLENTLY - now you know the stuff of my nightmares tonight!)

Well if, as it appears from the thread title, you're bringing two or more girlfriends round at the same time, I suggest the girlfriends themselves would feel pretty weird at the very least!!

:laugh3::laugh3:

"Mom, dad, these are my girlfriends Jasmine and Crystal - we like the number 3 and have decided that threesomes are way better."

"That's nice son. What do they do for a living?"

I can see it now.:dozey:

EDIT:

@ ColdplayCold - dude, we get it, you're a guy, straight, likes chicks, is 16 and claims to have calming sex, we're happy for ya but please don't overcompensate with sooooo many threads just to prove you're rampantly hetero!

The other implication is that somebody else is bringing the girlfriends round, which would of course be extremely embarrassing for the person concerned, unless of course he's some kind of pimp and therefore used to doing that kind of thing all the time................................

Case in point: Me.

The first Irish Pimp.

That'll be the day.

I don't think it feels weird or nothing at all.

Might as well do it sooner or later, and the more they see one another the more natural it will feel.

So go for it ;)
