So yesterday Firefox released Version 3.

Microsoft also recently released the first Beta of IE8.

Then there's most peoples choice of IE7.

Just to pass some time, which is your browser of choice?

I'm on Firefox 3 at the moment, and its pretty good...

I'm on Firefox 3, I have been since Beta 2 came out :P

The Awesome bar is awesome :)

11 million downloads in a couple of days.

they'd better work much harded on IE8 to win me back :P

What Micro$oft will do is take firefox 3, remove the firefox branding and place branding for IE on it

Firefox 3 wins hands-down. It's fantastic. I haven't used IE for years, and never will again!!

And I won't be complaining.

I just watched a program on BBC2 about Bill Gates, and what a nice person he is. Giving 30 billion pounds to charity.

Awesome guy.

Although I like the way you can code your own stuff for firefox, that'll never happen with IE8 :(

Because it's controlled by Bill.;)

Not anymore :P

I liked Bill.

Seemed more trustworthy than Steve Jobs.

*cue onslaught of abuse about how bill gates destroyed millions of lives when he took over the internet*

Is that still going??:stunned:

No, I was just joking:D

One feature from the betas I wish they kept in the final version of firefox 3, is when your on a https secure site, the address bar actually changed colour to yellow.

According to Firefox, how many times have you visited this website?

for me it's 3,058 times :)

You on firefox 3?

On the standard version, there is the coldplaying logo (4 squares, yellow-green-yellow-red), if you hit that button, a pop-up will say something like "this site does not supply information".

If you hit "More Information", so that the Page Info box is displayed, go to the Security tab and one of the questions is "have I visited this web site before", and the answer will be something like "Yes, XXXXX times"

But you have more than 10,000 more posts than me :P

But you have more than 10,000 more posts than me :P

Then I'm a double winner!!:P

And to make it 3 wins out of 3 you have been here for 2 years and 2 months longer than I :P

Is it just me or FF3 doesn't want to open a page in a new tab until the page in the current tab is loaded?
