The second i use to like a lot until i heard the song on a Sonic commercial then it's like GRR....

Yea what I posted before is pretty much all I know I like from the 80's there is probably more I just haven't gotten around to getting yet...otherwise its like The Beatles/Lennon and than a jump to mid 90's and all the way through to now.

Some people made it through the 80's relatively unscathed. If there's anything this video proves it's that a good leather jacket will always age well.

Nope can't say I have...to be honest I only recently became a audiophile...I've got the big names (U2, Duran Duran etc.) from the 80's other than that not too much...but I'll most definitely give a listen to everything I see listed in this thread I usually love the older stuff Oh and yea I've listened through a lot of Sting, Shape of My Heart by him is my favourite Sting song.

Def Leppard is one of those I've never got around to, but I got to say Drive - The Cars, I've no clue how I haven't heard this before...you just made my day with that, absolutely love the song after the first few listens.

Yeah, I think musically the 80's had a bit of a multiple personality going on... not that I remember them all that well or anything...

 

But someone will be talking about 80's music I'll think The Cure, they're thinking Motley Crue, and we both get confused. :laugh3:
