Umm...not really...it can take a bit of time though...i'm a bit of a novice still. I know how to edit stuff together but I don't really know how to create something out of nothing.

But... all you have to do is get a good picture, and click your mouse and BAM! you've done a miracle. pictures can look hot and simple without it having to be what Thalia would do. (Twisted Mind).

to be honest, im using a free program called paint dot net which is basically a free version of photoshop, i guess it doesnt have alll the bells and whistles.

 

I used to use that, but now I use GIMP, its the closest free program to photoshop, and its better than a lot of other pay for imitations.
