This is a bit of a random poll, and may only appeal to 1 in 10 of you...

 

I'm a lefty and I've always been a bit curious about this. I get it from my Mum, curiously both her parents are right handed. I write with my left, but do a lot of other things with my right hand (holding scissors/knives/rackets), because I was taught by right handers.

 

How about you guys?

Ambidextrous

 

Write lefty, cut w/scissors righty

 

Swing baseball bat either way, throw baseball/football either way

 

Play guitar righty, kick lefty

 

Draw lefty, punch righty

 

Completely ambidextrous (Like Chris:D)

I do most things with my right hand, but I write with my left, so I consider myself to be a lefty. I wouldn't thing of myself as ambidextrous because I can't write with my right hand.

 

It's funny how most of us do a mixture of both. I guess it depends on who teaches you. My woodwork teach at school actually told me I was unteachable because I was a lefty!
