It's very odd indeed that not a single member here won tickets. At the BBC show in June there were at least 30 of us there (and more people here won tickets that were never used by anyone). There were about 4x the number of tickets then, so we might expect at least a handful of winners here for this one too...but nothing :/

 

Oh well, I just received a reply to my complaint before the last gig about the way the comp was run and people had been 'informed'. Perhaps in a month or two I'll finally get a reply to my query about this one too.

There is a possibility to buy a ticket at the door as I understand it ?

 

Could be worth trying, for such a nice venue (probably need to be there very early ).

Maybe they had many more applicants than in june, and maybe they checked names so as not to give to the same people. Well that's me racking my brain.

I want to know that as well. :stunned: Ben Jones is still on a break. he left a little message yesterday I think on the radio's website to say he just had a baby and that he was coming back on Monday. SO maybe he'll be interviewing the band today :stunned:

maybe he did sent the question but the baby came a little unexpected so somebody else might take over?

Hmmph! Perhaps Coldplay need to think of a way that genuine fans can get to see their band, rather than money-grabbers who then flog the tickets on eBay!

 

I'm sure someone as clever as Chris can work it out! Keane have a system where they email fans registered with them for tickets before they're publicy announced, though of course there's nothing to stop peeps registering who aren't fans I guess.
