Well if it makes you feel better there are a lot of companies here that have that kind of working schedule, work 8 hours straight, with only one hour for lunch but those are usually big companies or places big enough to have a common room for the employees to sit and eat.

See it this way, you may get one hour for lunch, but you're outta the office earlier :P

Hehehehe, that's in the US honey :P Plus in Mexico we have this little thing called siesta :D It's really common over here, you go back home on your lunch break to have a propper meal, have a little nap or watch some tv and then go back to work to finish your daily hours :nice:

Not really, my schedule is this:

Working hours - 8 am to 2pm

Lunch break - 2pm to 4 pm

Working hours - 4 pm to 6 pm

 

If it wasn't for having to work 5 hours on saturday's I'd be more than happy with my working schedule :P

@Pris - I still think I'd prefer having the job gotten overwith. I imagine that when you have siesta you can't really relax completely anyway, because you have to watch the time. I know it from school when I have a lesson cancelled. I rather like to get off early. :\
