Was great, but could have been better. It was at a festival with like an 80,000 crowd... a bit wet and windy... but still an epic performance :nice:

i've only been in my old city summer festival, and is not that big, even when is popular.

I've only been that once!

 

But this year I went to Latitude... was a 6 hour coach journey but worth it!

 

Much more relaxed, and a smaller crowd, 25,000 :nice:

our festival is in July, for 3 weeks each year is devoted to a country from a different continent (America, Africa, Europe).

 

I attended France one in 2008, i suggested artist for Portugal one (not done yet). :nice:

and no UK was celebrated yet :(

this last edition was dedicated to Morroco i wanted to attend it, for some artist like Khaled and others non-Morrocan that also came to play (Madelaine Peyroux, Lucinda Williams...).

but i couldn't as i moved city, and yesterday i was suppoused to had attended a local new festival in that new city, but was so cold and windy :(

i waited a good +10 years to check Placebo for instance.

last styles i checked were: twee pop, heavy metal, blues...

seems next on the list will be acoustic or folk.
