Well, by home I mean this thread. :P

My day's been okay... I normally can sleep in on Fridays, but I had to meet some people to work on a project at 9:30 this morning. I know, you don't feel bad for me! :lol:

But then I had to go out and buy some materials for a lesson plan I have to write this week... and the craft supply store is like half an hour away, so went out there, bought the stuff I needed, and had lunch at Panera.

But now I'm back here... I should do some homework now because I have to go out to a party tonight. Can you tell I don't sound too excited about it? :lol:

Oh that sounds like a an eventful day:D You should just ditch the hw and talk here then go to the party:P

I know, I love craft stores too! It was hard to keep myself from buying all sorts of yarn and paint and stuff! :lol:

 

To be honest I don't like big parties that much.... the one tonight is our Ski Team formal, and I'm not very close friends with anyone who will be there. My best friend was on the ski team, but she's in Turkey this semester, so it's been weird without her this year. I just usually prefer hanging out with a few close friends, rather than a party with a lot of people I don't know very well. :\

Ok question! For gigs that have standing tickets, do people just like run as soon as they open the doors and go for the front??

 

They open the door, you show your ticket, you let someone check your bag and pockets (if you're lucky it doesnt always happen, depends on the person you have in front of you).. and then you ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun. Security will tell you to slow down, or will try to grab your arms to stop you. But if you're fast enough, you dont pay attention, you say hello, wave and tell them to fuck off.. politely :lol:

Well, I think I'll definitely go just for a little while... I just can't stay out too late because of the mountains of homework that await me when I get home! :P
