Yeah Friday night after a week's work was always the most tiring for me.

Is life in California as easy as they say it is ?

Ya, I really didnt do much tonight. Just hanging out and dinner.

Well, hmm i guess it really depends on the person. But overall, hmm the beach is really close and ehh I dunno. What have heard about California??

Well it's all this tv and films thing I guess. Like people are open minded and experimental (I suppose that's hippy San Francisco mostly). The sun is always shining. Easy going lifestyle and such.

Well if you leave near the beach, that answers some of my question. Do you do surfing and stuff ?

I actually dont go in the ocean!!! I dont like the ocean, i guess you can say I had a bad experience when I was a kid!!!!

If it is waves like on the surfing beaches near Bordeaux (the area I come from) I can imagine what you mean. They really hit you and turn you upside down. Gotta be careful or know the technique.. Most of the time it's not really allowed to swim. There are boards saying "at your own risk":confused:

Ya, I almost drowned, then I dunno if you have ever seen the beginning of the movie Jaws. Well my dad took me way out there and he started pretending that something had him and like he was dying!!!! Ya i was like 8 or something, so you can only imagine!!!

So thats my little story:lol:

 

Ya I love to play the piano, I have been playing since I was 4. Well i plan on minoring in music, but as far as career I am a business major.

Only Dutch people have to discuss things and debate for sake of democracy or something. And it is a good thing.

But Carla will have to convince her friend, and she will, because she really really needs to spend this day with her new best friend. And they both need badly to go see Coldplay from 5th row. It is necessary for their health and personnal development.;)

Freedom is essential especially for women. And within a relationship one must respect the other (in this case boyfriend must respect Carla's needs) :D

I'm typing an e-mail to my boss right now about this whole thing, buut I'm doubting the way I should do this:

if I take my own car, I don't have to say what fuck it is I'm doing and just ask for the day off, but I'm not really comfortable in that car.

If I take the van I have to explain, which is what I just typed, and it sounds really bizar and I;m thinking why the hell would she say yes? I wouldn't :\ helpme out here!

Well If it's any help, I don't have anything special to do monday. No really even when I dont go to the concert I don't mind driving with you to old Paris if Chavi will have me on the floor with my sleeping bag ( or where are you staying actually while in Paris?).

 

This is the only help I can offer but it's real. Then you can use your own car and no explaining to your boss.

 

On the boyfriend subject, sounds like a little thinking is required here. Do you want to call me on the telephone number that you have ? (ik geef je dan mijn vaste nummer als je dat wil).

 

edit -And I think Joe is right- if he loves you he shoudl set you free, and mostly be happy when you're happy. But well jealousy is a difficult one to deal with.

Ya its not going to hurt for you to go out do what makes you happy and spending times with friends!!!

Hey Chavi!!! You finally caught me during my night time!!!

Ladies,

 

I realise Carla might want to drive back during the night after the concert to be at work on tuesday. My offer still stands. I love to go on spontanious trips like that. And I can drive in turns. Plus you girls seem the good fresh responsable enough kind (if a little pervy on the side for fun)

Remember I am in my 40's (if a little wild sometimes). It might help with the boyfriend as well if she goes not alone.

I dont know Lauren. It might help if she doesnt get the van. Plus she'll have company which can only be good especially for a 5 hour drive !

btw, yes it's Strasbourg. We're not staying anywhere after the concert as I cancelled my hotel reservation. We decided (with other Coldplayers who are going) to stay up all night and have like a sort of after party. We'll be going to a pub and then be waiting at the train station.

oh, and I'd feel kinda bad if you did drive her all the way to the venue and not attend the concert yourself.. :confused:

I dunno, for some reason im not tired. I usually would be, but Im not:lol:
