hi carla and whoever else is here. its pouring cats and dogs here. oh carla, my hubby wanted me to ask you and he has no idea where the Netherlands is (like me thinking holland was part of the netherlands) is you had heard of a big opti boat race that that went on in Holland last week. a friend of ours was there racing. i told him that holland is not in the netherlands and you dont sail but he just wanted me to ask you.

But when I was in Spain a guy asked me if there is still war in Croatia, and when i was in Belgium DJ in Irish pub never ever heard of Croatia, and when I told him the we are next to Italy he said that the only country that is next to Italy (on the other side of Adriatic sea) is Greece. :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:

When I came here I was stunned that so many people knew where Croatia is. Cause most of the people just say what??? My friend is on uni in Chicago playing basketball for his uni and when some people asked him where is he from, lots of them though that Croatia is near Afghanistan or that its some sort of orange.... :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:
