Let us meet at the box office like at 6:30 or 7 and then after passing the signs i will hold them at Yellow because the lights are so bright during Yellow that they will definitely see them.

 

That too you were there at the front sections on the floor Fadelight so i hope you'll really help us in asking the people to hold them at encore after they come again and then if they see them that'll be really a great thing for all of us.:)

I was part of the Philly Sign Gang last time. I can not print any out for this show but I can help you pass them out once I am in. I will be in section 114 so I can at least help with my side close to the stage.

over all i've printed 30 signs for my section.:)

 

I want to do it very systematically without mistakes.

 

They've to notice the signs.

 

I'll hold them at the encore and during the beginning of Yellow.

 

I'm not sure 30 will cover it everone is printing out 400 and up

Galga is now the offical coordinator due to my not going to the show. I have handed over the job to her and she will now be in control of meetups and check how many signs there are for the show. Everyone can still make suggestions but she really has the last say. Sorry I cant make it but thats life.

Last thing as coordinator. These are the people printing signs. Killer_Cab, Galga, Pallavi, Morgan 119.....musicman 1990, Fadelight , and Jaysmyne Birch are helping hand out signs

Would it make sense for those of us who are handing out to say whereabouts we are sitting so we can see if there are any really big holes we need to make sure get filled?

 

And no worries Pallavi, you can count on me! Even if I have to poke people to remind them, I'll get them holding up the signs as much as I possibly can :)

 

Also, it looks like I can print out some signs! I just need to find a printer here I can use, and I should have enough money in my paycheck this week to manage a few hundred black and whites. I'll let you guys know once I have the signs in hand how many I was able to do.

Okay, I'm on my way right now to print out either 200 or 500 signs, whatever my budget can do. I'm excited for tonight!

I have 500 printed signs with me and will be bringing them to the show :D

Between my internet being down for a few days and the Phillies winning the World Series and going to the parade, I've been a lil sidetracked. But according to Sean, I'm the new coordinator. Why, cuz I'm the oldest? LOL

 

Anyway, see you guys @ 6:30 in front of the box office.

OK, make that 7 pm at the box office. I can't make it down there before then.

 

I'm still a lil unclear on when we hold these up. Before the first encore or the second? Or both? I say we do both but that's asking a lot of the other audience members who might not be as devoted as we are. So maybe just before Yellow, then?

Why don't we figure that out when we get there. Are there 7 of us total doing this? Once we're all there, then we can come up with a plan that we all agree on.

 

I'll be in the brown "Viva La Vida" t-shirt (tour merch) and the black track-jacket from last tour. If one of you printing signs gets there first, can you like keep one out so we can easily spot where we're all meeting. Or maybe the boxes will be a dead giveaway. Haha.

I am going to go straight to my section with my signs crossing the security and want to pass the signs immediately and i'll hold the signs at Yellow.

 

If only possible for me i'll meet the people at box office.

 

Because i am quite stressed today thinking about the security not blocking my signs.

 

That's why i am bit cautious about it.

Well Duffy takes the stage at 7:30 (according to the tickets) and I don't wanna miss her. I'd still prefer to meet at 6:30ish, though.

 

So can we have like a 100% definite plan from someone please?
