They haven't even had any wind or rain yet...all storm surge coming in at high tide. They expect the entire Island to be under water from the storm. :stunned: Those poor people trapped out on that ship (ship broke down) can't be helped by the Coast Guard. Officials begged him several times to leave and he refused. They told him to write his social security number in black marker on his forearm so they can ID his body.
