They sent me an email. But they sent the bracelets out about 8 days after I ordered them and it took them 10 days for them to arrive at my house from the day i ordered them.

yay i just got mine! it took so long for them to get here though.. but i live like on the furthest continent away (australia) but im so excited! they are tricky to get on.. smaller than i realised but i didnt break them.. i wonder how much trouble chris had getting his on! lol

You'll see that after putting them off once, there are easier to put them on again :)

i actually went by their studio in new york yesterday to save on shipping charges. its just a couple of ladies with the paypal receipts filling the orders. they get the product from mali and distribute them from here in new york. they were incredibly sweet ladies.

 

if youre having trouble with the sizes, i think you can specify whilst checking out on paypal that youd like the larger sizes in the message box. they have men sizes that are much easier to get on.
