1560 CONTEST

Featured Replies

There is a contest at coldplay.com, if you can guess what "1560- Loook at the earth from outer space" means, well what the 1560 represents you can win a signed lithograph, anyone have any thoughts on what the number might represent? I'm actually very curious to find out the real meaning, its been bothering me for ever!

did rush of blood to the head come out on the 15th day of the 6th month in 2000? lol. that's the best i got.

i won't be winning this one! that's cool though!

Goos guess lol, but it came out in august, :( lol. This is too hard

i tried dividing 1560 by 365 to see if it was the number of years they'd been together but it came up with 4.27 and I'm sure they've been together longer than that...so i don't know.

I'm not even going to think about it because then it will start bugging me and it won't go away!

Ok... I tried to think what it could mean and it just gave me headache. I'm giving up. too lazy. Good luck to any one who figures it out though. :)

this is a seriously geeky answer but: (?)

Astronomers have discovered a small body orbiting the Sunat the distance of Neptune whose orbit makes it the firstknown member of a long-sought population of objects knownas Neptune Trojans. This small body, known as 2001 QR322, leads Neptune7

around its orbit in such a way as to maintain — on average— approximately equal distance from Neptune and the Sun.As such, it mimics the Trojan asteroids of Jupiter, which orbitthe Sun in two clouds approximately 60 degrees ahead ofand behind Jupiter. The first Jovian Trojan was discovered in1906, and approximately1,560 such objects are knowntoday. However, until the discovery of 2001 QR322, Trojan-like objects associated with other giant planets had not been found.

bah.

Whoa. Trying to sit there and actually read that and comprehend added to my headache. Its late.

tell me about it! it was just some random google link..i didnt make it below the -------------- :D

lol, I dont think that they would make it that hard, but seriously this is really starting to get on my nerves!

I think DrPolitik is in the way... Months ago someone ask that question in the official website and another one answers something about astronomy...

Maybe in the official board people have the answer

arghh, this question is seriously getting on my nerves! :stunned:

hehe I know the answer :D :P

and before you ask, no because it would be unfair to the other entrants ;)

C'moooon, Iaaaaan, give us a clueeeeeeeee...

I'm not entering but I really want to know the answer. I am looking way too much into the question. I'll probably kick myself once the answer is revealed.
