oh, forgot to say what i really wanted to say:

i think something 'politically correct' will win

 

for example, the lil boy with the dog cant win becos its obvious its made by professionals

same as the one filmed in paris

 

my fave video 'lived lost and sealed' cant win neither becos there is probably the only really beautiful girl in the competition / a few of my male friends were like WOW THIS IS THE BEST, WHAT A WOMAN!! know what i mean? chris cant choose that becos it would be like he chose it cos he's attracted by the girl.

 

the story is really good and has a point but guys/boys/men dont see it cos they see only a gorgeous chick

 

i also think that noone from UK wont win or america

 

i think they'll choose someone from 3rd world or something, make trade fair style

We're not professionals but the fact our product made you think that makes me feel like we're on to something. Thanks to all those that have viewed the video and thanks for all the nice compliments (even the not so nice ones) :D

so what if it appears professional. professionals can be fans of coldplay too you know and i think if they've got the equipment or skills to make a great video lucky them and they deserve it just as much. what's the point of giving the prize to someone who hasnt spent any time on their video and it's crap just because they feel sorry for them. sorry but that's just how i feel. everyone's got an equal chance here.

Ackkk, I tried posting something last night in response to your camera problem Emmytwin, but my internet stopped working and stuffs. :\ Anyway, my camera is worse than yours, I can absolutely guarantee it. It sucks. Like, really.

 

Just put a lot of fancy filters and things on top of it when video editing afterward... it does wonders, I tell you.

This one's fairly interesting, at least the concept is. Although it could be a bit more varied, and more stuff could have been happening, like the hologram tying to open doors and cross cyber rivers or something. Because as it stands it gets quite repetitive, but otherwise its a good effort.

 

It did look like that guy was on the verge of killing himself though :stunned: Suicide / extreme depression is probably not what the band would like to portray through their chosen video.
