I think it would be unfair if that video would competing, since it was made before the competition...

It's unfair because it doesn't match the Lost? theme, but it is very well done, albeit made a long time ago so it shouldn't count.

It'd be great if I had money, time and all the things necessary... I had a huuuge idea, it's really nice, but I can't do that :mad:

I mean, it's suppose to be a fan made video!!!!

That clay motion video is very pretty, and the theme of the compass and finding the light are ok with the theme of the song.

 

But my feeling is it has no rythm. It is a little bit boring if you think of it as video for a song. And although the accoustic version has a more down tempo beat than Lost!, I would want to see more movement, more happening.

 

If I had the technology I would do a dance video on the song. Like modern dance, something in counter beat, with twirls. Very emotionnal and a little extatic. lol.

 

Anyway, it is also possible that Coldplay did not chose this video and that it might be just the reason why they launched the competition. Hoping to get material more relevant to the music.

One one side I was first thinking... come on, using a kid, a sad story and some touching scenes... :confused: But otherwise starving, Third World... it's just so fitting for Coldplay and sorta for the theme of the song too.

I'm going to make an attempt at a video...I have no exprerience which will be obvious after this question...I am trying to upload Lost? to the video (windows movie maker is what I'm using cause that's all I have). I was able to add other Mp3 files but not Lost? cause its a M4a (never heard of it...I bought it from itunes). Is there a way I can convert it to an Mp3 or would someone kindly email me Lost? in the form of an Mp3. I'm not too computer savvy......so talk to me like I'm 8.

Yes it's very good, but I don't think it fits with the song particuarly well? It's obviously been made a while ago and the song has just been put over the top, it's a lot better than some of the cheesy efforts i've seen but I know someone will come up with something a lot better.

I'm pretty sure a search of the multimedia section will give results (I would but my internet has gone *poof* and collapsed on me)

that claymation one is amazing! I hope something like that wins. It looks like something that has that has recieved a lot of time and effort, even if it was made a while ago.
