I did listen to the Sigur Ros album on last.fm before I went away this summer. I'll have to listen to it again.

I'd say two more : The dø - A Mouthful -> a clever mix of many various styles by two great French artists (no French lyrics) The Mars Volta - The Bedlam In Goliath -> really not the best album from this extraordinarily good band. All other albums absolutely terrific. The Mars Volta is the band I would recommend to anyone anytime : i think if there is one band in the decade no one should miss, it would be them.

October 19, 200817 yr Yeah I still have to check out the new Beck album. What is the Helio Sequence like? Ill zip them up and post the link in a pm for you... Beck is great! Both are really. The Helio Sequence is alt,indie,pop... The lead singers voice is similar to Death Cab kinda. Somewhat like Travis and Postal Service i guess. I hope you like them both. Jeff
