This is my first time on here and wanted to say hello. Also to get info about Coldplay's live shows.

My wife and I have been trying to go to as many shows as we could afford. Our first was at the Forum in L.A. a few months ago, then Las Vegas the next week and our third was last night at the Honda center, front row!!!!!, sorry had to brag.lol;)

Anyways, if anyone has seen them this tour then u know they do a few of the samre things every show. First they have a dj/producer open up for them. Kinda has a acid/dark epic techno thing goin on....I would love to find out who that was, cause after the 3rd time seeing him...I like it. Anybody know?

 

Second- About mid way into the show the band goes into the back of the stadium and plays. The drummer sings a song, I love his song....what is it and where can I get it?

The first question I can't answer but for the second question: Will (the drummer) sings "Death will never conquer me". You can download it from coldplay.com, but this is a version Chris sings.

 

I'll look if I can upload the Will version in the multimedia thread and post the link for the right thread here.

Well the song isn't on the VLVODAAHF album. I'm not sure where it was from.

I think the DJ you're talking about is Jon Hopkins - he was a collaborator on VLV and has supported them on a lot of their dates
