I think trends just worked like that... for me, in second grade it was clackers (those balls on a stick that you swung around and they make a clicking noise) in third it was snap bracelets, in fourth and fifth it was soothers and troll dolls, in fifth, sixth and seventh, it was pogs, and after that it was devil sticks for awhile. Thankfully, after that I was old enough to miss out.

heh...here there was a mega yo-yo trend...like really expensive ones too! 150$ a yo-yo..because it was lightweight aluminun :rolleyes:

 

and also, I became the hacky sac queen from that fad..I don't know how I would fare in a hacky sac game now... :uhoh: they have some freaky tricks now!

Yeah we had the yoyo trend too!!! I remember I had a glow in the dark one, which I thought was amazing, and then my friend got a light-up one and I was really jealous :snobby: :laugh3:

 

Then there was some sort of 'yoyo-ing incident' when some kid got injured during a 'walk-the-dog' trick or whatever and they got banned from school LOL! :lol:
