But being serious for a sec, the coldplayers don't really want it. I think most of us are happy with the way things are going here and maybe its just my imagination but the ones who actually support any drastic change are the members of the committee.

In my early days I did report some things but nothing seems to happen, and if someone does get banned, they will just come back, I think mods should do a bit more to sort out these things, I'm not having a go at you, just saying I think if you see something which looks like bullying, you should talk to the person who is bullying and give them a warning and if they continue- BAN THEM!, Some people are scared to complain or report people...
