Yeah, go ahead and try it. You don't really need anybody's approval. If you have an idea and want to go ahead with...just do it. And if its a good idea and people like it, they will join in. If its a bad idea it will just drop down in the forum.

It should be renamed to "Simon's ideas to improve the forum" since he's is the one with all the ideas and carries out with them whether we like it or not. This is one of the main reason why i dont like this whole committee , there's no democracy.

In my early days I did report some things but nothing seems to happen, and if someone does get banned, they will just come back, I think mods should do a bit more to sort out these things, I'm not having a go at you, just saying I think if you see something which looks like bullying, you should talk to the person who is bullying and give them a warning and if they continue- BAN THEM!, Some people are scared to complain or report people...
