These things are most likely made in factories and then the coldplay logo is added onto it. Just return it, look around on the website for information on how to do it or check all the papers and stuff that came with it. You should find out how to make returns there. You won't have to pay for the postage at all. I know it's time consuming to send it back but it can happen. Unfortunately I seem to have a sense of picking the wrong item (mostly when it comes to technical stuff - DVD players in particular) and therefore have a lot of experience with returning :) Just stop complaining on here and use that time to go to the post office! :P Have fun wearing your new zipper then!!
