EDIT: Crests, it is possible because if you take advanced courses, they weight the grade you get in that course higher. So, if you get a 92 in a subject, it could end up being a 94 in reality. And if you were to get a 100, the grade would end up being a 102. Thus, if you have some grades over a hundred, your total average could also end up being more than 100.
