March 11, 200917 yr Awwwww!! Those kids are so cute. I should post pics of my students acting silly. LOL!! My class (I'm doing my student teaching at the moment) are first-graders. They can be wild but funny at times. I just love teaching. It's so rewarding.

March 11, 200917 yr oh my goodness it's a blast. I'm so glad i decided to do this internship. At first i wasn't sure about being a teacher, but every day i fall more and more in love with it. And i love the kids. :D And no Marisa, the other Marisa isn't in that picture. haha.

I think what is so rewarding about the job is the impact that you have on one's life. You may not see it at first but you do eventually see it. The smile on their faces is what it's all about. Of course, if the pay was better, if school funding was better, if NCLB was revamped or gotten rid of, and parents were more involved in the schools and their kids life then things would be so perfect.

I want to teach, but I want to be a college professor. My sister wants to be a kindergarten teacher, though!
