March 24, 200917 yr zoe, my dilemma? cuz i resolved it today! and i got the x&y vinyl and AROBTTH one. and last week i got Parachutes. now i'm waiting for prospekt's march. the x&y one is cool it came with a poster. Oh wtf - where can I find those for a good price? Or is it only second hand at the moment? (Ship to Australia? lol)

(Ship to Australia? lol) well when i went to a store they were like 25-30..and on ebay i got them for like 18-21 including shipping to i saved like 20 dollars..and i might add that i already had the VLVODAAHF vinyl. my friend gave it to me for my bday.

I heard it and was like "COLDPLAYING WITHDRAWAL!" :wreck: :P And then the second I came back to the hotel I got on here :lol: (to you new people- you will soon learn that once you join here, you never leave... :uhoh: :laugh3:) And I'm doing okay, I'm just tired, and I've only visited one out of four of the colleges so far! I didn't open the letter yet, if that's what you mean. Today i did find out that the only reason i got the card early is that because he thought my birthday was today :dozey:. my birthday is thursday :rolleyes: i only know that because apparently he called my sister during school to see if i still had the same phone number so he could call me and wish me a happy birthday.. hmm. maybe i'll email him or something... *shrugs* and that's true to the new people.. this place really stays in you. :)

Cool! Those colleges are good choices. But I'm a recent immigrant, so I had to settle for the local big public university. I guess I'll upgrade for grad school since I'm hopefully will graduating debt-free, so I can get into debt for my master's. For private schools, I'm thinking Georgetown, GWU (they have this Master in International Trade and Policy), Tufts (the Fletcher School), American University, Duke, or London School of Economics. John Hopkins is the best, in my opinion, but it's so hard to get into their School of Advanced International Studies. Public schools, I am considering University of Florida (my sister is an undergrad there), University of Texas (Julie and Lauren were posted here that they want to go there), or University of California-SanDiego ALL these schools have exceptional International Affairs programs. Oh well, I have to have work experience before even thinking of applying to these master's programs.
March 24, 200917 yr Erick, I put like 5 Coldplay concerts on my iPod for all of the long car rides this week, and I keep beaming while watching them, so my parents keep asking "what are you watching?!" When I respond "Coldplay!!!!", they're like "Oooookay... our daughter is insane" :lol:
