March 24, 200917 yr lore UCSD is really hard to get into..i got rejected..:cry: Oh, I'm sorry about that. UCSD has the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies. One of the degree programs is on International Trade, which is what I want to specialize in, and they focus on languages :wideeyed: Oh, man, I'm really gonna have to finish my undergrad Honors thesis, try to secure a job that's International-related, and study for the GRE :stunned: Yup, those were mine! :dance: You can't see them in the video, but Debs was nice enough to tell me that mine arrived. OH OH OH and she came on JUST to tell me that the "Thanks Debs" that I made out of smilies was "so sweet" :) :) Anywayyyy, as a DC resident I can tell you that AU and Georgetown are both great, as well as GWU (although I don't know as many people at GWU)! It'd be cool if you came to DC :D I was just at Hopkins a couple of weeks ago for a Model UN conference, and it seemed really nice too. But yeah, I really liked Bryn Mawr today, and I've always loved Barnard. I feel like I'm going to like the other two as well, but their locations aren't as ideal as Bryn Mawr and Barnard (I want to be in/really really near a city). Yeah, most of the schools I'm interested in are in DC. I have a friend who I met at my university, and now she's about to finish her master's in International Security (or something like that) at GWU.

Marisa, I... didn't go to a Wawa, there wasn't time. BUT, we drove by an ad for Wawa and I told my parents that "I've heard they have good chocolate milkshakes" :lol: And I liked Philly! I didn't have much of a chance to see it though... Hmmm, maybe I should visit again! :D

Just make sure you do well, and get invoved in extracurricular (not too many, quality is better than quantity) that helps you figure out what you want do, and you'll be able to transfer into the UC system with no problem :)
