I like Duffy...especially that Warwick Avenue song. Can't say I like her nearly as much as Coldplay, but I like her.

I literally caught the last 30 seconds of the Brit awards (Thank God I didnt have to endure the Pet Shop Boys journey through a career of pretentious shite) and just remember seeing a Diet Coke add where Duffy is cycling around random places (Coulda been worse, when she was in the supermarket I thought it was going to be another fucking Morrissons flogging) and her voice, was fucking horrific.

 

Maybe with a studio and backing band that suits her style she sounds like a wonderful 50s throwback, but without all that jazz, she sounds like a pensioner on oxygen.
