almost 95% sure that is Arlene...and i dont think they are dating...they just seem to be close friends...they were sitting on the plane together in 60 min and then playing connect 4 backstage at the grammys... Guy looks adorable all happy, but i think they are just really good friends guys!

i think is normal they are good friends with their assistans and other people that goes with them when they are on tour, or would you like to go everywhere with someone you don't like much? :thinking:

 

and anyways is not the first time a band member of any band dates/marries someone they've met through their work on tour (photographers and all that stuff). :)
