March 23, 200917 yr I love meat too much to ever try being a vegetarian. But as a % of what I eat, meat isn't actually that much. I try to eat fish more often, too, cause that's good for you. Most Americans probably eat too much meat.
March 23, 200917 yr Tried it and failed miserably after a year. I think we're meant to eat it, but I can't stand the cruelty and waste involved in producing meat. It's needless, and while we throw so much away, millions are going hungry. I respect my veg friends greatly.
March 23, 200917 yr Author I wish I could be a vegetarian, but I really eat meat too much, I'd probably go into withdrawal. I'd like to think that I can slowly eat less and less meat and at least try it someday. As Tracie said, I highly respect any vegetarians for doing what they do. I guess I kind of am slightly vegetarian though, I do not eat lobster. I can't stand the way lobsters are cooked and boiled alive. I just can't bring myself to eat them if they were killed that way. I know it's hypocritical to eat other meat though, but I just can't bring myself to eat lobster, crab, etc if it's killed in that way.
March 23, 200917 yr Yea, I thought it would be an interesting poll. I dunno. Threads like these never seem to end well. I've seen meat lover versus vegetarian wars before. :P I said this in the other thread, but I'll say it here as well for the sake of answering your question. Yes, I am a vegetarian.

I like the taste of lobster too, but I don't enjoy eating it knowing how they die.
March 23, 200917 yr I dunno, the forum seems pretty peaceful tonight. Let's hope it stays that way. Yeah, that's true. It will probably be fine. P: Oh, I know that you saw my post saying that I was. As I said in my last post, I figured that I would answer the question anyway.
March 23, 200917 yr I'm not a vegetarian - but my partner is and she makes me eat alot less meat than I used to
March 23, 200917 yr If anyone starts a veg vs. meat war, the carnivors'll just eat 'em! Ask Briggins and the Mods. That's not fun!
March 23, 200917 yr Oh my gosh... You like lobster, but dislike the way they feel pain when they are boiled alive? Well the CrustaStun is just for you! http://www.crustastun.com/ :laugh3:
March 23, 200917 yr Yes I'm a vegetarian, but when I cook for friends then sometimes I cook with meat or fish for they and a vegetarian dish for me ;)
