so... i'm not so good at explaining things :P butttttttttttttt

 

 

 

i suppose i should mention that i used GIMP :P

 

first i took this picture

 

 

and i cut out the background, then i duplicated the layer and changed the hue so it was blue, and then i did a gaussian blur to it and put it behind the original layer to give Chris the blue glow. then i copied it again and changed it to all black and rotated it and lowered the opacity to make the shadow.

 

and then i took this picture

 

 

and i cut out the background, and resized it, and then i just drew scribbly things around it. then i used the gradient tool to make the background and i added the text in the corner. :awesome:
