Nothing much Jay. Had to get up at 6:30 this morning (3 hours of sleep) to get to a class trip for service hours. We helped out at a ministry where they had a million different donated supplies (clothes, furniture, medical stuff, and huge piles of computer monitors from the 80s...) that we helped organize. Other than that, don't have much on my plate for this weekend.

 

How is use?

Well this is the second game in the final round of central american (U.S. included) qualifying. there are six teams in it, U.S.A, Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Trinidad & Tobago and Honduras.

Pretty sure each team plays every other team, so there are four more games. And the top 4 of the 6 qualify for the world cup in 2010. Someone who knows more about soccer can correct me if I'm wrong.

I love really old computer equipment, it's so retro.

 

Anyway I'm doing good, looking to apply for a job at a few more places on Monday, including the Royal Bank of Canada. That sounds so prestigious. I feel pompous for telling people that. ;)

I have this problem where if I have nibbling food I around me, I can't stop the nibbling.

 

Like this pack of skittles. I am not hungry, I actually feel really gross from eating them. But I cannot stop cause they are right beside me.

 

So I think I'll go and put them elsewhere.

Heh, sounds like you'll be the honorary guard at some palace. "No breakfast for me mother! I'm off to serve the Royal Bank of Canada!" Much more inviting than a stuffy corporate name like Wells Fargo corp.

:laugh3:That's so true - old computer equipment really is retro! Life was so much simpler back in the early days.. when personal computers were the new thing, and everyone just had to have one! Funny, we thought we were cutting edge - how quickly new becomes obsolete, and then collectible! Somewhere, a few old coco's, Models I, II III, IV, atari's, commodore's, and IBM's await a new life as antiques!

Wells Fargo, the stagecoach company! Somehow, I always liked their image, but Royal Bank Du Canada, that does have a regal ring!!;)
