As a die hard romantic I feel there should be a place to share your past experiences with Love, had and lost. what it did to you and how did it change you.

 

I'm such a big believer in that 'Love will conquer all' and I love to be with somebody that I can share my life with. I'm only 21 but sometimes I feel like I'm 35 because all I really want out of life is to live it with somebody who I care about

 

I guess in the end, the simple answer is that there is no easy answer, you just have to go for it, or not. I mean, that's why it's called 'jumping in' right?

I feel the exact same way, and I'm only 15 (almost 16, if that matters :P). Everyone is always like "you don't know what you're talking about, you're too young", when in reality- I do, for the most part. A lot of the time I want to skip all the teenage stuff and just be older, so no one will judge me when I tell them I'm in love... etc.

omg yes! I know what you mean. it doesn't really change as you get older.

People always tell you you're too young to understand.

but Love is a fickle thing not to be toyed with. If you feel it you do, and nobody else can understand because it's something that YOU feel.

I always get "you're too young to understand!" or "when you're older you'll get it!" or "love is a strong word!" Well screw you, just because you were by yourself huddled in the corner as a teen.

All I really want in life is to have someone love and share things with, I have sen my family, my family friends, their marriages break apart, and I feel alone and all I wanna do is have someone to hold and take care of for the rest of my life. I think love is so important, it completes us, even if its not from a person, say its from your dog or even your fave band. Having somebody/something to love is the most wonderful feeling :nice:.

I'm hoping, winds blowing my way, I'll get the chance someday soon :happy:.

Although I take my career very seriously, coz film is my passion, I'd still take love coz that is something you can hold and cherish for the rest of your life and it'd mean so much more in the long run.

Yeah, I've combined both my love of love and film.

I wrote a screenplay. which is this really sweet movie.

I'm currently filming it on mini-DV. then I'm going to convert it to 35mm film.

it's going very well. I'll send you an excerpt of the script if you like.

Dude, get out of my life :laugh4:, I'm bouncing around working on a few screenplays at the moment, looking to finish them this year and possibly shoot em'. Sounds wicked though hey what you're doing, perfection, is it a short film or??

it's a full length feature film.

 

as I understand it, I'm the first student to try to shoot a full length feature at this university entirely on mini-dv with the intention of conversion to film after post-production and editing. which is pretty exciting. I feel all famous when I'm shooting on set.
