Propane gas is burned in oxygen to produce carbon dioxide and water vapor.

What mass of water can be produced from 5.6 liters of oxygen, if the reaction is tun at 78.0 C and at a pressure of 3.5 atm?

And how many liters of carbon dioxide can be produced from 5.00 grams or propane if the reaction is run at 105 C and 98.0 kPa?

^ C3H8 + 5O2 ===> 3CO2 + 4H2O

Supposing 100% of conversion:

a) 9,806 g of H2O

b) 10,932 liters of CO2

I'm too lazy to write the procedure... Do you actually need it? hope it helps!

ok i have to write an essay for history. about reconstruction.

here's what the thing says

Despite all of the laws and amendments passed during reconstruction (1865-1877) to inprove the lives of African Americans, by 1900 there were hardly any African Americas voting in the "Solid South" and, in many ways, their lives were no better than before. Explain why/how this happened.

can anyone help?? :D

i'm not really sure what to do!!

i know in the south they made fees and reading/writing tests for the African Americans and if they could pay and pass, they could vote. but that's all i got.

HELP!! please!

well we normally do. but this was for a test and he said if we didn't have time in class for it today we can hand it in tomorrow. and i was like well i'm doing it at home then. and my school has block scheduling on wed and thurs so i don't have that class tomorrow. and i could email it or put it in his mailbox. emailing is the easier and more environmentally friendly option

:)

a lot of teachers let us email stuff though. :) its so much easier.

and earlier this year my english teacher made us email small stuff to him. i actually prefer it.

Well, I hope you discussed Williams -vs- Mississippi which the Supreme Court upheld the literacy requirement to vote.

Since I'm hardly here I would've recommended discussing the disenfranchisment of African-Americans. It was not just the Klan that was intimidating the African- Americans but it was also the Democratic Party. They worked together to intimidate, kill, use of any form of violence to repress and deny African-Americans their right to vote. They created new constitutions that had barriers that prevented African-Americans from voting, such as requirements for poll taxes, literacy, residency requirments and rule variations.

Oh, the KKK formed not long after the Civil War and the first Grand Wizard of the KKK was Nathan Bedford Forrest, a General from the South, who ended up leaving the KKK because they became to violent for him, and he was a violent man. LOL!!
