yeah I do feel torn 'cos sometimes it just feels like all I ever do is leave people you know? I'm not complaining 'cos it has a lot of good sides too, knowning people from all over the place etc. but, well, not having them around as much is the downside, obviously.

I'm Kassandra but call me Mac :D I grew fond of that nickname.... :D

Hi Mac. :cheesy:

I totally understand you, but you know everything has its advantages and disadvantages. But I guess it's a lot easier to stay in touch these days, because of the internet.

oh yeah.... it's SO annoying. whenever I'm back in Berlin and watch some [for me^^] old episodes in GERMAN I'm like WHOAT!??!? :D

Yup, same for me. I don't even watch the shows on TV anymore ... we're always like a whole season behind and the dubbing really annoys me sometimes.

I don't understand that people like to watch movies dubbed in another language, but everytime I check a German tv channel there is a US movie dubbed in German. Why do you people do that?

Everything's dubbed on German television. I know that Sweden for example only has subtitles ... and I noticed that Swedish people tend to speak better English than Germans.

Really? That's awesome. I'm just 100% Dutch and living in Holland... how lame. I can speak a little German, but with some Dutch words in between, most German people understand it anyway.
:) yeah I'm sure I'd have understood you! I should have stalked you before the concert as well then :P :D

If I would wait for tv shows to air on Dutch television, it would takes ages before I could watch the shows I wanted to see. They haven't even started with broadcasting Dexter and with House they're somewhere in season 5 I think.

Also, commercials are very annoying, so downloading is the best option. :wacky:

true. it really is the best option.... I'm so spoiled now with no commercials at all so whenever I'm visiting my family in Berlin or Greece it's horrible to sit through commercials lol so impatient.....

no idea why they do it!!! I wish I knew..... I've been watching movies in the original language for, like, ages. it's so much better.... good I'm in London now 'cos in Berlin I used to annoy people with not wanting to watch a movie in German lol especially if you've seen a certain actor / actress in another movie or so.... it's just too weird to hear them "talk" German!!

oh yeah. seriously, thank GOD for the internet!!!!

that's why I started getting them online.... this whole being behind like that got on my nerves and since I understand English it wasn't a problem for me^^again: thank GOD for the internet :D :D :D

it's educational, see? they should start doing that in Germany as well. only channels like arte or 3sat have stuff with subtitles but not always. most times they babble over the original voice which is just as annoying^^when it comes to movies and tv shows they leave it with subtitles in Greece as well, by the way

I'm sure too, cause we both speak English.

I'm sure too, cause we both speak English.

yeah sure  IF it would have come up that you can speak a little German and that I speak German. if not it would have been fine too :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:

The next episode's on today, so I can watch it tomorrow.

I'd really love for the dubbing to stop ... it's cheaper too.

it is. cheaper. faster. cooler! what are they waiting for?! :D

yay tomorrow tomorrow tomooorrow.... wanna see what happens next....

I wonder wether the whole Franka Potente story is completely over. Maybe she's returning later this season?!

maybe.... I'm actually hoping she might return

my friend is watching the premiere right now. she's sitting next to me :D it's the scene where House kidnaps the "superhero" and goes to that adventure park thingy :D

Oh that part really made me shiver. House's look when he realized that the guy would jump was just too real.

oh yeah it was :( he's just a great actor!!!

they're at the party now :laugh3:

Gosh ... I really want to watch the next episode now ... well, first thing in the morning.

me too.... having the premiere in the background makes me wanna know what's gonna happen freaking next! *aaaaah* damn time difference :D :D

I wonder how the whole Cuddy/House story turns out to be.

yeah right?! kind of forget about it watching House in this whole new environment

I have to say I'd really love House to go on in the asylum for a season :D wouldn't that be cool? :D

oh man.... now there's the seen where Lydia's sister in law plays the cello.... made me tear up. the piece is so beautiful too....

I really don't know how this whole asylum thing will end. The thought alone that House might be "healed" is kinda weird.

And the story with Lydia's sister in law was a little strange. I thought it was kinda weird that all she needed to get better, was this little music box. But her cello playing was really pretty.

yeah 'cos, what does "healed" mean now you know? will he be nice and everything? like the other people?! lol that's not who Greg House is!!!!!!!! we'll have to wait and see.... tonight's episode will HOPEFULLY give us an idea of how things are going to be from now on.....

true. it was very strange.... 10 years of silence and this music box does wonders and BOOM she's being released? it sounds like a nice miracle but how realistic is that? well, it's a tv show..... stuff like that can happen there.... it's a nice idea right? and her cello playing was beautiful....

I don't know ... it might just kill the show if he's suddenly being nice to people, but I can imagine him being a bit more "appreciative" towards his "friends". We'll see...

I'm going to sleep now ... and I can't wait to wake up in the morning.

yeah 'cos that's just not him. maybe sometimes you know but in general he's sarcastic and ironic and everything else one can possibly think of.... that's House how we love him!!!! that's our Greg! they better not change that....

okeydokey. was nice talking to you :) we can catch up tomorrow when we both saw the new episode :D

what are your plans for tomorrow apart from watching House!? :D

I'm going to watch it too tomorrow! :p

so we're all impatient..... eager...... IMPATIENT!

Sorry, was already offline. :uhoh:

My plans for today are quite easy: Finally finish my stupid timetable for uni.

Well ... I didn't really like the new episode, I must admit. A bit too easy for my taste. House's magic drug is medecine ... woohoo ... and I have to say that I really start to dislike Foreman. :\

I hope I didn't spoil it for you. :uhoh: Have fun anyway.

I also though this episode was a little cheesy. It was ok, but everything is back to normal way to quickly. House peeing in a cup was fun though. :cheesy: But Foreman is annoying and Thirteen should be with Cameron.
