hahaha, coincidence?

btw I don't really like Hugh Laurie's new hair cut

it makes him look older and fatter :laugh3:

The episode last night was pretty damn awesome!

that's too bad I couldn't watch it, could you spoil it here? hehehe :D

I'm going to watch the new episode now ... I'm pretty excited.

the season premiere was AMAZING! there was this really good German actress in it which totally surprised me. it was a really cool start..... can't wait for more!!

You guys are so lucky !

And we are still waiting for the 5TH season here !!! Arg ...

I hate how they make us wait SO long ! I miss House but still I'd like to watch it little by little on TV . I don't know, you enjoy it even more and thinking that there are thousand of people watching the show at the same time ... :)

Her name's Franka Potente and I was really really surprised to see her. :stunned: I think she did a pretty good job.

I'm looking forward to the next episodes ... It's still hard to believe that House might actually be "healed".

Franka Potente also plays in the Bourne series. Very attractive woman if I may say. :wacky:

The first episode of season six was pretty good and at least very original. The stereotypes in the asylum and the quick recovery of House bothered me a little though. We never got an explanation for his hallucinations either. I wouldn't have minded if House stayed in the asylum for more episodes, because now it looks like everything will be back to normal.

Oh, I love the Bourne trilogy. Too bad she died that early.

The recovery was indeed pretty fast ... and the end was a bit too cheesy for my taste, you know, this Alvi dude saying "I wanna get better" ... let's wait and see.

I didn't miss the actual cast at all by the way. It shows I only watch this show for House. Wilson is cool, but I find the rest rather uninteresting. That's why I wouldn't mind if he stayed in the asylum a little longer.

It was a little House meets One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest. :wacky:

yup, I know her.... :) I grew up in Berlin you know. I'm in London now but I'm actually half German, half Greek and Franka Potente is one of my favourites and I too was VERY surprised to see her there.... she did a great job :)

you might say so 'cos you're right!! :D

I know what you mean.... I wouldn't have minded him staying in there for longer. for a season premiere this was pretty amazing though! let's just hope he'll still act the way he does 'cos that's why we all love Greeeeeeeeg!!!

totally :) loved that film by the way.....

So you're talking three languages fluently? :)

So you're talking three languages fluently? :)

yup I do. I'm always afraid my Greek's suffering 'cos I speak it less than the other two but when I was there in the summer it was okay. took me a few days to get back "into" it and then it was fine *phew* where in Germany do you live?

That's great. I sometimes wish I grew up bilingual.

I live in Hannover and grew up here as well.

it really is a cool thing. THAT I have to say :D I think it also makes it easier to learn another language.

never been to Hannover. I'm a proud Berliner :D wasn't born there but it's home anyway

now I got a home in several places..... Berlin..... Greece..... London..... has good sides but also bad sides. my parents might move to Greece 'cos my dad got a good job offer there. nothing's 100% yet but if it all works out it'd mean they'd give up our flat in Berlin which kinda scares and saddens me 'cos it feels like home's gonna disappear

The new series is starting next sunday on sky one :D

i can't wait, :D

Which is kind of good because series 5 just ended last night :)

so theres no break between :)

that's so cool, Emma. that's always the worst thing.... a cliffhanger that just about lets you scream NOOOOO out loud lol and then a BIG LONG summer break with no news on what's gonna happen next. thank GOD for the internet there 'cos I don't have a tv. that way I can watch whatever I want after the US air dates :D

Well, I think it's probably great to have that many places you can call home, but I guess it can be pretty difficult too. I'd probably feel a little torn.

Even if you're parents give up the flat, Berlin still remains a home. I totally understand your concern though ... I hope it turns out for the best, whatever the best might be. :)

I'm Imke btw. :)

:D I'm doing the same with my favourite shows ... I simply can't stand the German dubbing.

yeah I do feel torn 'cos sometimes it just feels like all I ever do is leave people you know? I'm not complaining 'cos it has a lot of good sides too, knowning people from all over the place etc. but, well, not having them around as much is the downside, obviously.

I'm Kassandra but call me Mac :D I grew fond of that nickname.... :D

oh yeah.... it's SO annoying. whenever I'm back in Berlin and watch some [for me^^] old episodes in GERMAN I'm like WHOAT!??!? :D

yup, I know her.... :) I grew up in Berlin you know. I'm in London now but I'm actually half German, half Greek

Really? That's awesome. I'm just 100% Dutch and living in Holland... how lame. I can speak a little German, but with some Dutch words in between, most German people understand it anyway.

If I would wait for tv shows to air on Dutch television, it would takes ages before I could watch the shows I wanted to see. They haven't even started with broadcasting Dexter and with House they're somewhere in season 5 I think.

Also, commercials are very annoying, so downloading is the best option. :wacky:

I don't understand that people like to watch movies dubbed in another language, but everytime I check a German tv channel there is a US movie dubbed in German. Why do you people do that?
