Just started watching this show the past month or so, its pretty good, Laurie is brilliant as House I didnt even recognise him from his Fry and Laurie days.

 

The context could be a bit more realistic though, theres no way an insurance company would pay out the hundreds of thousands of dollars that House's several procedures per patient would cost.
