Upload them to a picture website (I use flickr) and copy the image address. It won't take pictures from your computer. The photo needs a website to host it.

It's a great gif, hahaha. Since I'm awfully sick atm, and on painkillers and coughing syrup and some dodgy throat pastilles and whatnot, I caught myself staring at this gif for...I dunno, I think it was 15 minutes this afternoon, like omg.
