I think that's a guy opening presents with a thing on his head or something?

Yeah I saw that too, but WHO is he?

Some lesbo probz

We were probably never "cool" just more numerous in our lame circle

We were probably never "cool" just more numerous in our lame circle

that's more accurate.

My thing is that I just don't like when people bitch and bitch "IT'S NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE BLAH BLAH BLAH" but if they really want it to change, they can do something more stimulating and people can interact based upon that initiation.

When people complain it doesn't do anything. Like when I was five and begged for my mom to buy me candy. It doesn't work, but saving up for it does. Complaining just makes it a toxic environment, because not only is there a problem, but the problem is inherent and effervescent because it's acknowledged.

The problem is...

a) Participation. There are not enough people who post in this part of the board.

b) Content. The content isn't stimulating.

c) Users. As the fans shift to a new clientele (a HUGE difference with this MX crap), the type of person using the board is changing, because the kind of person Coldplay is attracting is different. This kind of individual brings a different type of content, a different level of participation. Users who used to be here aren't regenerated.

d) Enthusiasm. See above.

I'm just saying, instead of creating a toxic situation where there is a problem and it's blanketed with complaints and indignancy, there can be a solution. Complaints, and acknowledgements of said problem, makes the problem bigger by adding weight.

For instance, Dee, you're much more positive since then, but remember when you made that thread "the poison that's killing the lounge" or whatever that was? That's when I stopped posting for a while because it became a different environment. Not that I'm knocking it, I'm just telling you how it worked for me. I'm just visiting now, too, because I have a month off of school and there's not much better to do.

You guys can do what you want, but I think this is pretty accurate.

Yeah, I don't like bitching and bitching either, and if he posted multiple times about it, or made some 200-paragraph post about it, I surely would've been irritated too. But I wanted to defend him cos he just mentioned something once. I feel like calling it bitching is uncalled for.

Like your analogy, "MOM I WANT TO GO TO THE BEACH IT SUCKS HERE" is indeed whining, but "I like the beach" or even "it would be nice to go to the beach in this weather" is not at all!

I don't want to claim ownership to that thread now, I don't even wanna claim ownership to things I said a few weeks ago. I really feel like I am maturing as a person every day. I keep striving to be a kind, diplomatic, but honest person. I really apologize about that and I'm sorry that I never gave you a formal apology when you sent me a PM.

I knew that you'd think of my thread and how it's that all over again and I wanted to let you know that it's not the case at all. ;)

Who's this?

Damon Albarn

From now on, all of our posts should come from places of love instead of places of negativity and anger

I'm looking at you, Brent

I love everyone

I really do

This forum is great

I'm gonna say nice stuff to everyone on here now

Emily - You're one of my best internet friends and you are one of the few people on the planet to understand my sense of humor. I internet-love you and you are worthy of carrying my future child. If you wanna nbd

Dee - You're delightfully mature for your age. If I didn't know it, I'd swear you were a wise old man waiting for death. You make me laugh and I appreciate your presence

Twisted Mind (don't know/remember your name) - I like your little face thingies that you put on here, and your erraticism makes me laugh. Once you described something as "gay," implying "stupid" or "girly" which was weird but I'm over it.

Anette - You're the reason I get up every morning.

Okay this is too much work I'm done

You always ruin the moment

Is there a such thing as TRI-sexual?

I don't :disappointed:

I got all the semen out in 2003 when Friends was still on

Don't. My baby will be fat.

Was that post created just to get some sharp digs in for Twisted Mind? Hahaha, "your erraticism makes me laugh", as a compliment! As well as "but I'm over it" yeah sure sounds like it.

I think Thalia is beautifully creative, and a lovely person.

Was it you :surprised:

That's not nice

Reilly's also great to talk to once you've punched him in the opinionated ovaries
