but a dream Posted June 21, 2009 Share Posted June 21, 2009 I was following the live tweets of tonight's Vancouver show when I saw a tweet... dcmahiban @Coldplay is shooting tonight and tomorrow's shows in Vancouver for a live dvd release-frontman Chris Martin just made the announcement. ... which I posted on the live thread. A couple more tweets confirmed Chris' announcement as well. malcolm42 Shows are being filmed. Martin just informed trevorturnbull Coldplay is filming this concert for video. Said Canada was their first choice....do you believe it? http://twitpic.com/7zcqk b_batch Wow...absolutely amazing performance by @coldplay. Thanks for coming to film the dvd in Vancouver!!! But the question is, why don't they film Wembley instead? +100000000000 Wembley is gonna be LEGEN-wait for it - DARY!! It's gonna be their first 'big event', it's closing the Viva tour...I don't understand WHY they are filming Vancouver when they have such a massiv gig coming with Wembley! (Even if canadian crowds are amazing, I think Wembley will beat everyone!) I don't really understand them on that choice....Maybe we'll have a few Wembley snap shots on a eventual new tour diary?? I'm holding out hope they are still going to film Wembley. It'd be a pity if they don't. Like you said, it's going to be MAAAAASSIVE.
