When Coldplays 5th album comes out next year or whenever, what would you like to see? Personally after Jonny and Chris's comments that it will be quite ascoutic and stripped down I would like to see mor of Chris Martin's piercing, icy vocals like from some songs like High Speed from Parachutes. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to see a Parachutes II but I do miss those vocals which strangely have an effect on the back of your throat as though you're taking a very strong mint that shudders your oesophagus!

I'd like LP5 to give me the same pleasant "this is Coldplay?" surprises that VLV did. They can go with a more 'stripped down' style and still be experimental, I think.

I saw once they said there are some middle-eastern influences in this album, much like the Asian and African influences of VLVOD. I would love to see Indian/Middle Eastern infused songs. But more than anything, I trust Coldplay. I'm sure whatever they put together, it will be just as amazing as anything they'e done so far.

As my favourite album is X&Y, I'd like something in that style, but with some new influenses. I don't want another X&Y, but i think you know what I mean :D

Chris said in an interview that LRLRLRL is their fifth (full) CD release, so shouldn't we be talking about the 6th?

I'd love to hear more vocals by Will, Guy and Jonny, and some more world music influences would be awesome too! But whatever they create will be repeating on my MP3 player for a long time. And I'm sure I'll still feel that they are heroic geniuses.
