Believe it or not, I agreed with pretty much everything you said just now. I definitely get the impression you want to avoid "conflict", nothing more, which is fine.

You're right, the ones who don't like you aren't going to do so whatever happens, therefore it isn't worth wasting your time on them.;)

I don't actually know why we had any conflict in the first place, but I guess it was because of the "fights".

If that's the case, I apologise for my part in those. I think it would be much better if everyone could get on.;)

Anyway, the healthy attitudes of the likes of Crests and Laura have helped a lot IMO.;)

I'm now trying to get any "issues" sorted out off-board. We shall have to see how it all turns out.
