I got a 92 on my history quiz... I thought I did better than that, but oh well. :disappointed:

I failed my math test that I spent 25 hours studying for this week.:(

Great job being good at math there.

What kind of math was it over...?

Hello my dears.

@Nick: What math are you taking?

Thank you for the encouragement.

that sucks man.

Yeah.

What math are you taking?

Algebra. I'm far behind in math. My first degree didn't require any, but I changed it and now I need a few. Luckily after this my degree requires Liberal Arts then Elementary statistics.

Not hard in theory but the professor likes to pick huge problems. I have a hard time finishing it on time. I didn't have time to go through and check my work, in some I forgot to put the answer in the blank so he counted it wrong even though the correct answer was below it, where I worked it out.

Thanks Rishi. I can usually understand what I'm supposed to do, it's just once I have to do it for the test quickly I mess up. I went over a couple hundred problems and got most of them right.

I wasn't taught in math in High school except for the first two years. After that all my courses we didn't do anything. So in the last 6 years I haven't had to do much algebra.

ah i see what you mean... it's the same thing for me for Spanish. I took it in HS, until sophomore year but I have to take it now in order to graduate... at least I have siblings that have taken it recently to help me :P

 I have no clue what's going on. :dizzy:

Oh I know what you mean, so does that mean you understand the curriculum at least? That's the most important (unless you are literally just taking it because you have to)

One of my past teachers was the same way, she was absolutely great in teaching and you really learned the material very well; but her tests were just insane. It was a blessing to get higher than an 80%.
